Bangladesh
If your degree is awarded in Bangladesh, the degree certificate and transcript of records have to be certified (attested) by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh. Each page of the transcript of records and the degree certificate has to be stamped and signed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh. Copies of copies will not be accepted. All copies must have the original stamp given by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh. Further information can be found on the Ministry’s website.
Cameroon
If your degree is awarded in Cameroon, an original official transcript of records sealed by the university must be sent directly from your university to University Admissions Finland in an official envelope of the university.
Canada
If your degree is awarded in Canada, an original official transcript of records sealed by the university must be sent directly from your university to University Admissions Finland in an official envelope of the university.
China
If your degree is awarded in China, the transcript of records has to be submitted through the China Academic Degree and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC, 教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心). The documents must be written in English. Further information can be found on the CDGDC website.
If you have already graduated, the degree diploma and the certification of graduation have to be officially certified by a notary public or the awarding institution. The documents have to be also translated into English, Finnish or Swedish. If you have submitted these documents already to CDGDC, the Verification report will be submitted for UAF by the CDGDC. If you have not yet graduated, you do not need to submit the Institution’s Statement of Graduation to CDGDC.
Eritrea
If your degree is awarded in Eritrea, an original official transcript of records sealed by the university must be sent directly from your university to University Admissions Finland in an official envelope of the university.
Ethiopia
If your degree is awarded in Ethiopia, an original official transcript of records sealed by the university must be sent directly from your university to University Admissions Finland in an official envelope of the university.
Ghana
If your degree is awarded in Ghana, an original official transcript of records sealed by the university must be sent directly from your university to University Admissions Finland in an official envelope of the university.
Iran
If your degree is awarded in Iran, copies of the educational documents must be legalized by the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Finnish Embassy in Tehran. Official translations of educational documents must be certified by the Ministry of Justice. Copies of copies will not be accepted. All the copies must have the original stamp given by the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Finnish Embassy in Tehran.
Nigeria
If your degree is awarded in Nigeria, an original official transcript of records sealed by the university must be sent directly from your university to University Admissions Finland in an official envelope of the university.
Pakistan
If your degree is awarded in Pakistan, the degree certificate and transcript of records have to be certified (attested) by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Each page of the transcript of records and the degree certificate has to be stamped and signed by the HEC. Copies of copies will not be accepted, but all copies must have the original stamp given by the HEC. Further information can be found on the HEC website.
Sudan
If your degree is awarded in Sudan an original official transcript of records sealed by the university must be sent directly from your university to University Admissions Finland in an official envelope of the university.
USA
If your degree is awarded in USA, an original official transcript of records sealed by the university must be sent directly from your university to University Admissions Finland in an official envelope of the university.
